KASUBI HIGH SCHOOL

Kasubi high school --secondary 1 class going on a special day event - swimming.
The school year begins in February for most of the high school, with S1 and S5 joining a bit later due to the examination results.
Our 170 schools in Uganda keep a continual stream of teachers, kids and parents flowing to and fro. Education is the "key" to a brighter future.

    CHILDREN OF PROMISE VISIT
Executive Director for COP - Dr. Paul Maxfield giving special greetings at one of our Upendo sponsorship projects.
Our sponsorship program runs through our Church of God schools where children get spiritual and educational nurturing. 2 sponsors were along to visit with their children.
Sponsor kids in 7 clusters were visited and interviewed.
Bob Weeks interviewing a new sponsor child
School kids who are sponsored singing for us.
Group photo in Boliso, West Pallisa
Sponsor kids in Kirongero waiting to be interviewed
While we were in Jinja, these kids were running around in the neighborhood. I felt so burdened for them as there is such a difference between those who are sponsored and those who are not.
We appreciate all those who have a hand in changing a child's life.
As Colleen was traveling to the Children of Promise group up country, Tim was visiting Kome Island checking on progress for outreach. Island ministry is always a challenge.
          TAPP UPDATE
Meanwhile, in Mubende we have a grinding mill house going up. It's a 2-roomed shop w/ a store room for storage of maize. We are praying for it to go up quickly.
Continue to lift up the programs and people involved in them. God is always faithful.
